March 22, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #16 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD RFP#18-0133 FOR WORKPLACE UNIFORMS Description Proposals to provide 'Workplace Uniforms' were received from four vendors on February 14, 2018. The proposal of Aramark Uniforms Services was the best low proposal meeting the advertised specifications. This proposal is for a period of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the operating budgets allocated to the departments. Recommendation That the proposal of Aramark Uniform Services to provide 'Workplace Uniforms' in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00, be approved as presented.
